Holy crap.
We’ve had a fair bit of snow here in the eastern end of the eastern end of North America but it’s like everyone connected to Sin Jawns city council has no idea how to plough snow.
And the rest of us forgot how to drive.
There’s more on the way in the next few days but we can at least have some stuff to read (or listen to via podcast) to keep us entertained in between stints on the shovels and snowblowers.
Welcome to all the new subscribers. Here’s your weekly reading list. It’s a combination of stuff I’ve come across in the past week or so that some of you might find interesting or entertaining.
For all of you on the free email list, consider converting to subscriber status. There’s a chunk of stuff in the archive on health care, energy, and public finance that you might find useful in the months ahead. Some of my comments will throw back to those earlier pieces. While I will link to them, you won’t be able to read them without access to the archive that comes with a subscription.
Anyway, welcome to the newbies, welcome back to the regulars and now let’s get to the list.
